The cost estimates, savings projections, and resource recommendations provided by Driftak are informational only. They do not constitute financial, accounting, or professional advice. Always verify cost data directly in your AWS Cost Explorer before making business decisions.

Driftak retrieves data from AWS APIs using read-only access. Cost estimates are based on AWS pricing data and may not reflect reserved instance pricing, savings plans, enterprise discount programs, or other negotiated rates. Actual AWS charges may differ from estimates shown in Driftak.

Driftak is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that alerts will be delivered within any specific timeframe.

We are not responsible for any AWS costs incurred regardless of whether Driftak did or did not send an alert.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Driftak and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of Driftak shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Driftak is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Amazon.com, Inc. AWS is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc.

Driftak uses read-only IAM roles to access your AWS account. We cannot create, modify, start, stop, or delete any AWS resources. You remain solely responsible for all actions taken in your AWS account.

Driftak integrates with third-party services including Slack, Telegram, and email providers for alert delivery. We are not responsible for the availability or reliability of these third-party services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update this disclaimer at any time. Continued use of Driftak after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
