Refund Policy

14-Day Free Trial
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without incurring any charges.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.
Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first charge if you are not satisfied with Driftak for any reason. To request a refund, contact us at support@driftak.com within 7 days of the charge with your account email and reason for the request.
Refunds are not available for:
- Charges beyond the initial 7-day refund window
- Renewal charges where the subscription was not cancelled before the renewal date
- Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all billing disputes and chargebacks on our behalf.
